Why is INSULISO MAX used?

INSULISO MAX is an anti-rust primer used on metal surfaces, both indoors and outdoors. INSULISO MAX is also used on glass, tiles, faiences and glazed earth. By using this primer the adhesion of the following layers to galvanized metal, steel, aluminium, zinc, glass, tiles, faiences, glazed earth, PVC, plastic, plastics, wood, etc…. much easier. In addition, the product ensures scratch-free and excellent adhesion.

Application method

INSULISO FIX application method: painting-brush, roller or high-pressure gun.
Cleaning agent: Water.
The surfaces to be painted must first be cleaned.
The product is ready for use and should not be diluted

Surfaces must be completely dry, rust, grease and dust free for good adhesion.

Technical properties

Packaging: Plastic pot of 4 liters.
Storage: With INSULISO MAX we guarantee storage for up to 24 months in original unopened packaging. Can be stored at temperatures from 5° to 35° and in weatherproof rooms. It is also strongly recommended to store in rooms where the temperature does not fluctuate too abruptly.
Base: INSULISO MAX is made on water basis. Contains phosphate and zinc to prevent future rust. Suitable for the application of a primer on aluminium, zinc, galvanized but also on glass, tiles, faïencen, PVC, plastic, wood, etc….
